                           (collection and sorting biowaste) 

ISWA Beacon Conference on Bio-Waste Management brings together the foremost international expertise in food waste. Listen to the experiences from eg. Milan, Munich, San Francisco and Oslo and get updated status on organic waste, composting and biogas worldwide (by Marco Ricci, head of ISWA`s bio-waste working group)

18:30 - 19:30    Guided tour at Oslo city hall for both ISWA and NBC participants.

20:00 - 22:00    Conference Dinner for ISWA participants and special invites

Tuesday, 9th April  

09:00 - 17:00    Nordic Biogas Conference Opening, Day 1 

09:00 - 17:00    Composting Day, incl site visit to Oslo composting

19:00 - 21:00    Conference Dinner 

Wednesday 10th April 

09:00 - 17:00    Nordic Biogas Conference Day 2

10:00 - 13:00    ISWA Working Group meeting - Working Group Biological Treatment of Waste (tbc)  

17:00                 Sight-seeing in Oslo (voluntary tour on your own)

Thursday 11th April 

Technical study tours (limited spaces - registration needed) 

Excursion 1 (short) 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM: Oslo Biogas plant 
Excursion 2 (long) 8:15 AM - 4:00 PM: The Magic Factory and Hyperthermics
