When will the conference take place? Where is it located?
The Nordic Biogas Conference will take place April 9-11, 2019 at Radisson Blu Scandinavia, Holbergsplass 30, 0166 Oslo.

How can I register? What are the registration rates?

How can I register to ISWA Beacon Conference or Composting Day?
Please visit the registration landing page, and choose the Iswa/Beacon or Composting Day section. Choose first between the two categories: 

• Upper-middle and high income economies
  
• Low and lower-middle income economies.
  

Then choose if your registration for ISWA Beacon or Composting Day.

Which category of Upper-middle and high income or Low and Lower-middle income economies  do I belong to?

I am a exhibitor representativ, how do I register?
If your company already have booked a stand, they have registered one included participant. For booking of additional represenatives, please visit the registration landing page and choose the category "Exhibitor representativ".

I only want to attend one day of the conference, is that possible?
Yes, one-day conference registration is available. Please note that your registration is valid only for sessions and events on that day and badges will be actively checked throughout the conference to ensure that participants have registered properly.

I just want to attend one session.  Is that possible to do without registering for the conference?
Individuals wanting to participate in one session must register for a one-day pass for that day; Nordic Biogas Conference does not allow unregistered attendees to come to sessions or other conference events. 

Is the conference schedule available?
Yes, a full conference schedule, including conference sessions, are available. Please check the detailed programme here.

How can I reserve a hotel room, and what are the rates?
You reserve a hotelroom when register to the conference. The rates are: Singelroom incl breakfast NOK 1745 and Double room incl breakfast NOK 1945. All prices includes 25 % VAT.

When will the exhibit hall be open?
The exhibit hall will be open from Tuesday April 9, from 08:30.

What services are available for special needs and requests?
Nordic Biogas Conference encourages persons with disabilities to participate in their programs and activities. Please contact nbc2019@gyro.no no later than April 1, 2019 to request other accommodations for special needs. If you have dietary preferences, please be sure to mark those on the space provided on the registration form when you register.

Is there funding available to help with travel/registration costs?
Nordic Biogas Conference is unable to assist with travel or registration costs, but 

Why does foreign customers have to pay VAT?
On the 1.1.2010 the new Vat law changed in Norway. Up until this point it was in the regulations authorized a tx exemption for stand rental and associated services to foreign businesses. This regulation is not longer in process by the new VAT rules, and stand rental and associated services to foreign businesses will be regarded as ordinary taxable supplies.The reason for this is that the stand rental and associated services is a service provided in Norway. Since Norway is not a member in EU, the regulations are different from countries that are members of EU. Foreign businesses that make use of this service will therefore be dependent on a refund for the tax paid, ahead the event.

What is the cancellation policy for the conference?

I am an overseas participant and need a letter of invitation before I can receive my visa. What is the procedure?
