* Students, politicians and nonprofit organizations (NGOs) may get discounted rates at the conference using the NGO discount code upon registration, with a short application to nbc2019@gyro.no. 
NB: Industry and workers' organizations do not qualify for a discount.

Prices in Norwegian kroner (NOK). Per 11 february 2019 - 1 Euro = 9,79 NOK

Payment options
Payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer (only for Norwegian residents - an invoice with bank details will be sent by email). All major cards are accepted. All fees must be paid before the congress.

Cancellation policy
• Cancellation requests must be sent by e-mail to the Congress Secretariat: nbc2019@gyro.no
• Cancellations received by 1 February 2019 (midnight CET) will be refunded, minus an administration fee of NOK 600. Refunds will be made after the congress
• After 1 February 2019 no refunds will be granted
• Delegates who do not cancel and do not attend will not be refunded
Substituting a registered delegate with an alternative person is acceptable until 1 February 2019.

VAT refund for foreign businesses
Foreign businesses may, on application, be entitled to a refund of Value Added Tax (VAT) paid on purchases of goods/services in Norway.

Liability
By no means shall NBC 2019 be held liable, either directly or indirectly, for any problematic issue that may occur within the framework of the Congress and its organisation, not only with respect to the organisers but also with respect to third parties (airline companies, hotels, transportation, taxis, etc.) while in the performance of duties or services even indirectly related to the Conference.

This contractual liability exemption clause is equally valid in case of an event of force majeure which leads to the disruption and/or the partial or complete cancellation of the Congress programme, for reasons not attributable to NBC 2019. An event of force majeure is defined as an unforeseen and exceptional event – be it climatic, environmental, political or socio-economic – and does not imply any limitation.

Furthermore, the delegate also expressly agrees to totally absolve NBC 2019 from any responsibility and liability with regard to travel insurance and related costs or claims. It is solely up to the individual to seek out and purchase or otherwise obtain the necessary insurance with regards to his/her travel, etc. and/or to independently issue a claim against any third party that may be responsible for direct or indirect losses or damages caused to or suffered by the delegate en route to and from the Congress.
