Exhibitors to the Nordic Biogas Conference

Strong organisation committee, co-organisers and program partners with members from all five Nordic countries will ensure solid marketing of NBC 2019. We expect participants from the Nordics, Europe, Asia and North America in particular. This makes exhibition an excellent opportunity to display information about your company and solutions to a large group of biogas customers and professionals around the world.

This conference provides a space for exhibitors and has advantages for sponsors. The exhibition area is located in the hall outside the auditoriums that will be used for the conference tracks. Close to the exhibition hall, you will find areas that can be used for meetings with conference delegates.

All prices are excl. 25 % VAT. Stand hire will be invoiced in advance and confirmation is subject to payment.

VAT Refund foreign businesses
Foreign businesses may, on application, be entitled to refund of Value Added Tax (VAT) paid on ourchases of goods/services in Norway. Read more about conditions for VAT refund

BOOK YOUR STAND


The organizers of the conference reserves the right to amend the floor plan and/or relocate any stand if required.

EXHIBITOR CONTACT PERSON

Each Company must appoint one contact person, with authorization to sign service contracts necessary for the installation and removal of stand and the provision of services, for which the Exhibitor will be responsible.
