Please note the following criteria for abstracts

•Abstract text: Max. 250 words
•Structure: Title, Purpose, Methods, Results, Conclusion
•Results must be the work of authors listed

Preparing and formatting an abstract
•Abstracts can only be submitted online using the standard abstract format
•Abstracts must be submitted in English
•No references, tables or graphics should be included in the abstract
•It is the responsibility of the author to ensure abstract text does not contain any typos or grammatical errors
•No changes can be made after the abstract deadline has passed

Submitting abstracts 
Abstract submitters must provide a title, list names and affiliations of primary and secondary authors, and indicate the presenting author.
Please note that the submitting author will be registered automatically as the first author.
For the categorization of the abstract, please choose a topic.

Format paper presentations
•Maximum 15 minutes oral presentation
•Q&A follows all presentations

Poster format and printing
Postersize: maximum width 95 cm and maximum height 135 cm (37 x 53 inches), portrait orientation.

Congress language
The congress will be held in English. All posters and presentations should therefore be prepared in English.

Reviewing of submitted abstracts
Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the congress committee, and accepted or rejected. Authors of accepted free paper abstracts will receive full details on how to submit their presentation.

The presenting author must register as a congress delegate and pay the registration fee.

Submitted poster abstracts will also be reviewed by the congress committee, and accepted or rejected. The accepted posters will be presented in a poster exhibition area. Detailed information will be given to those with an accepted poster abstract.
