Member fee applies to members of Norsk Barnevernsamband, Børnesagens Fællesråd, Centralförbundet för Barnskydd, Barnaverndarstova Føroya, Barna- og fjölskyldustofa and Stiftelsen Allmänna Barnhuset.

Registration fees include:
Field visit Monday 2 September.
Scientific program Tuesday 3 and Wednesday 4 September with lunch and coffee breaks.
Lunch Tuesday will be at Oslo Kongressenter.
Lunch Wednesday will be in Oslo City Hall.
Separate registration for congress dinner at Oslo Kongressenter Tuesday evening NOK 850.
Accommodation can bee booked at negotiated rates at Thon Hotel Astoria and Thon Hotel Spectrum. See information and prices at the bottom of the page.

Exhibitor fee non-member - NOK 11500

Exhibitor fee includes:
Stand space (2x2 meters) including 1 conference table, table cloth, 2 chairs and electrical supply when required.
Field visit Monday 2 September.

Congress dinner at Oslo Kongressenter Tuesday evening including non-alcoholic aperitif and 3 course dinner NOK 850. Separate choice in the registration form

Lunch in Oslo City Hall

The City of Oslo invites participants of NBK 2024 to lunch in the City Hall Wednesday 4 September at 12:00-13:30. Separate choice in the registration form. Remember to register if you want to attend.

This hotel is centrally located just off the main shopping street, Karl Johan and Oslo Central Station. Cancellation policy

• Cancellation requests must be sent by e-mail to the Congress Secretariat: nbk2024@gyro.no
• Cancellations received by 1 July 2024 will be refunded, minus an administration fee of NOK 600. Refunds will be made after the congress.
• After 1 July 2024 no refunds will be granted.
• Participants who do not cancel and do not attend will not be refunded.
• The cancellation policy applies to registrations and any hotel bookings made through the registration portal / via the organizer.
