Pre-recording guidelines!
Please read the guidelines carefully before saving and uploading your presentation and check the program to find the name and number of your session.
It is more than 300 presentations so it is important that you respect the deadline and save your file according to the guidelines and do not exceed maximum minutes available for your talk.
If you have several talks, save each talk as separate files.
Notice if you are recording on your smartphone: Remember to record in landscape mode, not vertical.
Keynote sessions – 60 minutes
2 minutes pre-recorded introduction (chair)
45 minutes pre-recorded talks
13 minutes live Q&A
Save your file as:
Day_keynote number_last name
(Example: Monday_keynote01_Cuijpers)
Invited symposium (IS) – 90 minutes
3 minutes pre-recorded introduction (chair)
15 minutes pre-recorded talks
Live Q&A
Save your file as:
Day_number of symposium_last name
(Example: Monday_IS01_Kaess)
Free symposium (FS) – 90 minutes
3 minutes pre-recorded introduction (chair)
15 minutes pre-recorded talks
Live Q&A
Save your file as:

Chairs
Save your file as:

Please note that for the live Q&A portion of the symposium, Chairs will have the responsibility to manage the conversation between presenters and field questions from the audience coming through the chat function. Some symposia have Discussants. In this case, Discussants may share this responsibility. Chairs and Discussants are invited to arrange this among themselves.
Workshops
Workshops are also pre-recorded

Free talks (FT)
15 minutes pre-recorded talks

There will be no chair introductions or live discussion in Free Talk sessions.
The speakers can reply on questions through the chat-function so please be available during your session.

Keynote sessions, Invited symposium and Free symposium will have live Q&A. Technical information about connecting for the live Q&A will come closer to the congress.
Time zone for the congress is UTC + 01:00 (Oslo, Amsterdam, Berlin, Rome, Vienna).

RECORD IN ZOOM (FREE)
- Install Zoom app: https://zoom.us/download
- Go on the tag wheel – Go down to Recording in the menu – Make sure this is unchecked «Place video next to the shared screen in recording»
- Start a meeting with yourself – Press New Meeting
- Check that the camera and sound are working
- Share your presentation– Press «Share Screeen»
- Show the presentation in full screen and go to the menu bar. Press More and Record
- End meeting when you have finished the presentation– Stop share, Stop recording and End Meeting
