The support by exhibitors/sponsors is essential to a successful congress. The IATDMCT 2023 Congress offers an attractive opportunity for sponsors to interact with the attendees, and present their company, products and services. The congress attendees, approximately 500, include international delegates like drug analysis experts, clinical pharmacologists, clinical toxicologists, physicians, pharmacists, and laboratory chemists.

The program includes TDM and personalized treatment in therapeutic areas like cardiovascular drugs including statins, antivirals and other anti-infectives, immunosuppressives, biologicals in rheumatology, antipsychotics and more. There will be sessions on pharmacogenetics, pharmacometrics, advancements in relevant analytical techniques, analyses related to toxic plants, doping control and toxicity of recreational drug and new psychoactive substances. We are also planning a pre-congress symposium on microsampling and patients’ home sampling including hands-on practice.

Compass Fairs/Compass Cargo

Any questions regarding transportation to and from abroad to our events could be placed through Transport Manager Einar Evensen at Compass Cargo at einar@compasscargo.no or by phone +47 928 31 333.

Mr. Evensen will answer questions about:

• Temporary/permanent Custom Clearance
  Compass Cargo can assist with both temporary customs clearance of equipment that in its entire capacity is going to Norway and out again, as well as permanent customs clearance of consumable equipment and giveaways. Separate invoices must then be made stating what is to be temporarily in/out and what is to be consumed at the fair.
  NOTICE: Nothing shall be cleared through customs with Compass Fairs AS as buyer without an agreement with us. This applies to both temporary and permanent goods.

• Handling and storage
  Compass Cargo can also be received at the office at Skedsmokorset just outside Oslo. We store temporarily before the fair, deliver at the stand and collect after the end of the exhibition and store it by us until the goods are picked up or sent back.

• Transportation
  Compass Cargo can assist with truck/trailer transport if desired. We then need measurements + weight of what is to be transported before we can give a price for shipping.
  NOTICE: We do not offer airfreight, the exhibitors must arrange this themselves.
