Join EARMA
It is cheaper to become an EARMA individual member and pay the membership fee than to register as a non-member. You will immediately get your membership number on the appropriate invoice and can continue the conference registration without delay. For questions about membership please contact earma@earma.org

Register for the conference:

VAT not included in fee. 25% VAT will apply upon registration. Invoice will be sent in NOK.

Registration fees include:
Conference pack, access to all regular session, admission to the catering/exhibition/poster area, a certificate of attendance, the opening reception, coffee breaks and lunch 29 and 30 September and Gala Dinner 30 September.

Optional extra events or activities:
There are four additional workshops, a leadership event and a number of social activities available at an additional cost. Some social events are free of charge.

Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to Gyro Conference at earma@gyro.no. Cancellations will be accepted until June 31, 2020 with a refund of all prepaid fees except for a cancellation fee as follow:

No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. 

In such case that the conference is cancelled due to external circumstances beyond the control of the organisers, EARMA will be entitled to retain the conference fee.

All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Congress. 

Insurance
In registering for the EARMA conference, delegates agree that neither the organization nor the congress agency Gyro Conference AS is responsible for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Delegates are requested to arrange their own travel and health insurance. The organizers can not assume liability for changes in the program due to external circumstances.
