Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation of the conference by the organizer, the participant and exhibiton fee wil be refunded. Any expenses or personal work the participants have had on the occasion of the event will not be reimbursed. Cancellation made by the buyer is only accepted before the end of August 10, 2026. An administration fee of NOK 750 will be charged after cancellation. 

Force majeure
Events beyond the organizers control - for example, extreme weather conditions, acts of war, terrorism, transport stoppages (strikes or accidents), government-imposed restrictions including travel bans, serious illness og epidemics that make it impossible to fulfill the obligations for conducting the conference give the organizer right to cancel or change the conference without liability. 

Insurance
By signing up for the event, you agree that neither the organizer nor Liwlig Conference AS is responsible for individual health, travel og personal insurance. We recommend everyone to have their own insurance. 

*Data Prosessing Consent

Liwlig conference will be the responsible data handler for the conference. Details collected through this registration are used for the purpose of the congress planning and implementation only. Your details will only be shared with cooperating companies and vendors, such as hotels, caterers etc. All information will be deleted within 12 months from the congress finishes or on your request. In any case where payments are not registered after 12 months, your details will be saved until payment is registered.
