The stand/sponsor package booker will be registered as the contact person for the stand, and all information related to the stand will be sent to the stand booker. If you wish to change the contact person, this must be requested by email to SSHNO@liwlig.no .

Billing Details

Please fill inn address details for your invoice/credit card payment receipt.
In the case of incomplete or incorrect information that requires a new invoice to be issued, an administrative fee of NOK 150 ex. VAT per change will be charged. 

To pay via EHF (Norwegiand organizations only), the organization must be registered in the Peppol register.

Depending on your selected payment method in the payment section, the invoice will be sent via EHF (Norway only) or as a PDF attachment by email. You may enter a separate email address for direct delivery to the invoice recipient by email. A copy of the invoice will be sent to you.

Stand dimensions will be determined based on the exhibition area. Conference registration fees are paid separately.

Liwlig conference will be the responsible data handler for the conference. Details collected through this registration are used for the purpose of the congress planning and implementation only. Your details will only be shared with cooperating companies and vendors, such as hotels, caterers etc. All information will be deleted within 12 months from the congress finishes or on your request. In any case where payments are not registered after 12 months, your details will be saved until payment is registered.

Taxes/invoicing fees:

For payment by credit card, a tax of 4% for credit card transaction will be added to the amount.
For invoice (PDF or EHF) an invoice fee of NOK 25 ex. VAT will be added to the amount.
