Project group meeting September 16th

On September 16th, the PRC Seminar 2025 will feature two project group meetings; one for JANE2 and one for MyPath workshop with ESMO Designated Centres. This session is also open to other interested participants. Please note that spaces are limited, and that the meeting will be held at The Radium Hospital. We have reservered a limited number of hotel rooms at the seminar venue, Scandic Helsfyr. Please indicated the check in and check out dates below. The accomodation includes breakfast. Prices are stated in NOK. 

Scandic Helsfyr

Scandic Helsfyr is the perfect meeting venue in Oslo – for everything from small meetings to larger conferences of up to 280 participants. The hotel is located 40 km from Oslo Airport Gardermoen airport and a 5-minute walk from the airport bus and Helsfyr Metro station, which quickly takes you to the centre of Oslo.

Cancellation policy • Cancellation requests must be sent by e-mail to the Congress Secretariat: prc2025@liwlig.no Cancellation of congress participation • Cancellations received by 15 August 2025 (midnight CET) will be refunded, minus an administration fee of NOK 600. Refunds will be made after the congress. • From 16 August 2025 no refunds will be granted. • Delegates who do not cancel and do not attend will not be refunded. Substituting a registered delegate with an alternative person is acceptable until 15 August 2025. Events outside the organizer's control that make it impossible to carry out the event do not give the right to any refunds. We recommend all participants to take out travel insurance that covers such events. Liability By no means shall PRC 2025 be held liable, either directly or indirectly, for any problematic issue that may occur within the framework of the Congress and its organization, not only with respect to the organizers but also with respect to third parties (airline companies, hotels, transportation, taxis, etc.) while in the performance of duties or services even indirectly related to the Congress. This contractual liability exemption clause is equally valid in case of an event of force majeure which leads to the disruption and/or the partial or complete cancellation of the Congress program, for reasons not attributable to PRC 2025. An event of force majeure is defined as an unforeseen and exceptional event – be it strike, climatic, pandemic, environmental, political or socio-economic – and does not imply any limitation. Furthermore, the delegate also expressly agrees to totally absolve PRC 2025 from any responsibility and liability with regard to travel insurance and related costs or claims. It is solely up to the individual to seek out and purchase or otherwise obtain the necessary insurance with regards to his/her travel, etc. and/or to independently issue a claim against any third party that may be responsible for direct or indirect losses or damages caused to or suffered by the delegate en route to and from the Congress. Administration fee If you make changes to your registration that requires a new transaction to be made, an administration fee of NOK 150 + VAT will be charged.
