Payment
The conference is now approaching and all fees must be paid by credit card upon registration to ensure the payment is received before the event.

The Technical Tours are hosted by the Municipality of Oslo.
Visit the NORDIWA 2025 website for information about the tours.
The duration of each tour varies from 60 to 120 minutes.

Cancellation policy for conference registration and dinner • Cancellation requests must be sent by e-mail to: nordiwa@gyro.no • Cancellations received by 22 August 2025 (midnight CET) will be refunded, minus an administration fee of NOK 1000. Refunds will be made after the conference. • After 22 August 2025 no refunds will be granted. • Participants who do not cancel and do not attend will not be refunded. Events outside the organizer's control that make it impossible to carry out the event do not give the right to any refunds. We recommend all participants to take out travel insurance that covers such events.
