The Nordic Glaucoma Meeting is a collaboration between the Nordic Glaucoma Societies to share new knowledge and ideas conc. glaucoma. Every ophthalmologist with interest in glaucoma is welcome to attend the meeting. The program covers the modern glaucoma diagnostic, treatment and research of today. It starts at lunch Friday and ends with lunch Saturday. The meeting will be held at Hotel Norge in Bergen.
For those interested, there will be a great opportunity to extend the meeting to attend the famous cultural and musical event “Festspillene” in Bergen, do a fjord cruise, or experience the beautiful nature of Western Norway.

Congress fee:

Late registration, from February 16th 2019: NOK 4000
The congress fee includes free admission to the scientific program and possibility to visit the exhibition. Moreover, registration includes two lunches, coffee breaks and dinner with two drinks. There is extra charge for additional drinks.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation requests must be sent by e-mail to the Congress Secretariat: ngm2019@gyro.no
Cancellations of participation received by March 15th 2019 (midnight CET) will be refunded, exempt an administration fee of NOK 600. Refunds will be made after the congress. After March 15th 2019 no refunds will be granted.
Delegates who do not cancel and do not attend will not be refunded.
Substituting a registered delegate with an alternative person is acceptable until March 15th 2019.
Cancellations of hotel room received by March 15th 2019 will be refunded.
Cancellations of hotel room received later than March 15th 2019 will not be refunded.
Insurance:
In registering for the 5th Nordic Glaucoma Meeting, participants agree that neither the organization nor the congress agency Gyro Conference AS is responsible for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Participants are requested to arrange their own travel and health insurance. The organizers can not assume liability for changes in the program due to external circumstances.
