Sustainability is the most important theme for IFSW. We aim for the conference as a whole to leave as low an environmental footprint as possible, including by avoiding unnecessary food waste.

If you already know that you will not be attending every day, we would appreciate it if you let us know in advance so that we can avoid preparing unnecessary food and minimize food waste. 

 

Please let us know which days you will not be present. 

Welcome Reception

The Conference Welcome Reception will be held at the City Hall of Oslo, Monday 6th in the evening. There will be servings of a light meal of finger food. Please indicate your attendance beneath.

Participant list
We will publish the participant list to all conference participants after the conference. The list will contain name, organization and country. Please give your consent beneath if you want your name published on the list. 

 

Mailing list
We would love to see you again for our future conferences. Please let us know if we can send you information about the future IFSW conferences by email. 


Letter of invitation
If you are traveling from a country that requires a visa to enter Norway, please let us know. We will add your Letter of invitation to your confirmation email. 

*Terms and Conditions 
Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation of the conference by the organizer, the participant and exhibiton fee wil be refunded. Any expenses or personal work the participants have had on the occasion of the event will not be reimbursed. Cancellation made by the buyer is only accepted before the end of 18.09.2025. An administration fee of NOK 750 will be charged after cancellation. 

Force majeure
Events beyond the organizers control - for example, extreme weather conditions, acts of war, terrorism, transport stoppages (strikes or accidents), government-imposed restrictions including travel bans, serious illness og epidemics that make it impossible to fulfill the obligations for conducting the conference give the organizer right to cancel or change the conference without liability. 

Insurance
By signing up for the event, you agree that neither the organizer nor Liwlig Conference AS is responsible for individual health, travel or personal insurance. We recommend everyone to have their own insurance. 

*Data Prosessing Consent

Liwlig conference will be the responsible data handler for the conference. Details collected through this registration are used for the purpose of the congress planning and implementation only. Your details will only be shared with cooperating companies and vendors, such as hotels, caterers etc. All information will be deleted within 12 months from the congress finishes or on your request. In any case where payments are not registered after 12 months, your details will be saved until payment is registered.
