Registration Fee is included the following elements:

  • Scientific Program Thursday 4 and Friday 5 September, including coffee breaks with refreshments and lunch
  • Field Trip and Laboratory Tour during the Scientific Program
  • Networking Event Saturday 6 september

Student Fee - NOK 2965 (approx. €250)
Regular Fee - NOK 3790 (approx. €320)

 

Kindly note that all rates are stated in Norwegian Kroner (NOK), not EURO (€).

The registration is payable by Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card with a fee of 3% of total amount.

Visa Invitation Letter

If you are a delegate from a country that requires a visa to enter Norway, we recommend that you begin the visa application process as soon as possible. Upon completing your congress registration, kindly check the box below to receive an official confirmation letter, which can be used to support your visa application. To check if you need a visa to enter Norway, please visit the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI) website and search for your country: UDI Visa Requirements

Please note:

  • You must be registered for the congress to receive the invitation letter.
  • The visa application process may take several weeks, so it’s important to apply early.
  • Ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your stay in Norway.

Terms and Conditions

Payment conditions:
All guests must pay their personal expenses/extras directly to the accommodation property when checking out. Hereunder charges to your hotel room from bar, restaurant or minibar.

Insurance:
In registering for EUROCORR 2025, guests agree that neither EUROCORR 2025 nor the booking manager Liwlig Conference AS are responsible for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Guests are requested to arrange their own travel and health insurance. EUROCORR 2025 or Liwlig Conference AS cannot assume liability for any changes or cancellations due to external circumstances or force majeure incidents.

Registration: 
100% Deadline
Cancellations made before June 1st, 2025 
– 100% of the total amount will be refunded deducted the administration fee of NOK 500,- pr registration.

50% Deadline
Cancellation made before July 1st, 2025 
– 50% of the total amount will be refunded deducted the administration fee of NOK 500,- pr registration

10% Deadline
Cancellation made before August 1st, 2025 
– 10% of the total amount will be refunded deducted the administration fee of NOK 500,- pr registration

Cancellation made after August 1st, 2025 
– No refund 

You can perform a name change in your registration before August 25th, 2025. After the deadline, you can still change your registration, but an amending fee of NOK 150,- per room per change will apply.
