Sunday 7 September

10:00 or 15:00 Fjord Cruise


A fjord cruise to the beautiful Lysefjord is a must when you visit Stavanger! Our electric boat sails from downtown Stavanger to the Lysefjord and Preikestolen all year. Among the highlights of this trip are the thundering Hengjanefossen 
waterfall, the Vagabond’s Cave and the mighty Preikestolen, towering 604 meters above sea level.

Kindly note that there are two options below, where the 15:00 departure will delay your Welcome Reception Attendence by 1 hour since the duration of each tour is 3,5 hours.

Those who were new at EUROCORR 2024 in Paris are particularly encouraged to become mentors, as they understand first-hand the challenges and uncertainties faced by newcomers and can offer guidance with insights still fresh in their minds. Visa Invitation Letter

If you are a delegate from a country that requires a visa to enter Norway, we recommend that you begin the visa application process as soon as possible. Upon completing your congress registration, kindly check the box below to receive an official confirmation letter, which can be used to support your visa application. To check if you need a visa to enter Norway, please visit the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI) website and search for your country: UDI Visa Requirements

Please note:

  • You must be registered for the congress to receive the invitation letter.
  • The visa application process may take several weeks, so it’s important to apply early.
  • Ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your stay in Norway.

Terms and Conditions

Payment conditions:
All guests must pay their personal expenses/extras directly to the accommodation property when checking out. Hereunder charges to your hotel room from bar, restaurant or minibar.

Insurance:
In registering for EUROCORR 2025, guests agree that neither EUROCORR 2025 nor the booking manager Gyro Conference AS are responsible for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Guests are requested to arrange their own travel and health insurance. EUROCORR 2025 or Gyro Conference AS cannot assume liability for any changes or cancellations due to external circumstances or force majeure incidents.

Registration and accommodation: 
100% Deadline
Cancellations made before June 1st, 2025 
– 100% of the total amount will be refunded deducted the administration fee of NOK 500,- pr registration.

50% Deadline
Cancellation made before July 1st, 2025 
– 50% of the total amount will be refunded deducted the administration fee of NOK 500,- pr registration

10% Deadline
Cancellation made before August 1st, 2025 
– 10% of the total amount will be refunded deducted the administration fee of NOK 500,- pr registration

Cancellation made after August 1st, 2025 
– No refund 

You can perform a name change in your accommodation booking before August 25th, 2025. After the deadline, you can still change your reservation, but an amending fee of NOK 150,- per room per change will apply.
